Mark Beatty, MD
Dr. Beatty is the Health Officer for Snohomish Health District. He is a Pediatrician and Preventive Medicine specialist with an MPH from Johns Hopkins. He started out practicing medicine in a remote hospital on the Navajo Nation. He later joined CDC where he worked for 7 years, as well as working at the International Vaccine Institute, and in the vaccine industry.
Gerrie Gardner, DO
Dr. Gardner is an Invasive Cardiologist. She was the President of the Wyoming Medical Society 2010-2011. She has been the Wyoming Governor for the American College of Cardiology and as a Resident, a Trustee to the ACP Board of Regents. She is currently the SCMS Treasurer, Lead Cardiologist at Providence Medical Group in Everett and is involved with the heart failure initiative at Provident in Everett and systemwide.
Nancy Morgan, MD
Nancy Morgan is a Board Certified Family Physician practicing in Mill Creek for the last fifteen years in a solo office based on the retainer model. She graduated from UW School of Medicine in 1977, completed a community-based residency program in St. Petersburg, Florida, and then returned to the NW to practice in Aberdeen, WA in a National Health Service Corps site for six years. In 1986, she and her husband/partner sold everything and moved aboard their 41 foot ketch and set sail to circumnavigate going eastabout. Eight years later, having made it to Turkey and back, they arrived back in the Pacific Northwest. She has been a member of the Snohomish County Medical Society and WSMA for fifteen years, sitting on the Board of trustees for Snohomish for ten years, serving as President once, and sitting on the county delegation each year at the annual WSMA.
Susan Reis, MD
Susan Reis is a recently retired solo Family Practice practitioner. Her practice was in Snohomish for 30 years. She served as a trustee on the WSMA Board in addition to her history of over 14 years on the SCMS Board. She currently works part-time for Providence Regional Medical Center Everett in Utilization Management.
Greg Sanders, MD
Greg Sanders MD is a family physician who has served on the Snohomish County Medical Society Board of Directors since 2012. He is the Clinical Director at Sea Mar Community Health Center in Marysville since 1992. He currently practices obstetrics at Providence Medical Center in Everett. He has been active in hospital medical staffs during his career, including a stent as Chief of Staff of Cascade Valley Hospital, Arlington.
Lyn Storm, PA-C
Lyn Storm has been a certified physician assistant in Everett Washington for fifteen years. Since graduating from the University of Washington MEDEX NW Physician Assistant Training Program in 2003, she has been employed at Radia Medical Imaging. Lyn also serves on the Executive Committee of the Washington Academy of Physician Assistants as President Elect and is an active Snohomish County Medical Society member.
Gerald N. Yorioka, MD
Dr. Yorioka served as SCMS president in 1998, 2016 and 2017. He has served as a delegate to the WSMA HOD each of these years. He is past-president of the Washington Academy of Family Physicians 2007-2008. He has just finished two terms on the Industrial Insurance Medical Advisory Committee and continues on the WSMA CME Committee and the Washington State Title XIX Advisory Committee. Dr. Yorioka has also served on the Community Leadership Council of the North Sound ACH to provide physician input for the future of our regional health care needs.
